台湾地区图书馆电子借阅服务研究

Analysis of Library E-Lending Service Status in Taiwan Region

随着数字出版产业的发展和人们阅读习惯的转变,台湾地区图书馆越来越重视电子书借阅服务的开展。近年来,台湾地区各类型图书馆电子书的馆藏量与流通量持续增长,产生具有区域特色的电子书借阅模式,但也出现各种阻碍因素,如电子书供应商的压力、读者阅读意识不强以及技术障碍等。面对障碍,台湾地区行政部门、图书馆、电子书供应商、作者、读者等各方利益主体积极响应,共同推动图书馆电子借阅的发展。台湾地区对图书馆电子书借阅服务的探索和经验,值得我国大陆地区图书馆界借鉴。

With the development of digital publishing industry and the changing of people＇s reading habits, Taiwan＇s libraries have paid more attention to the e-lending service. In recent years, the amount of collection and circulation size of ebooks of various types of libraries in Taiwan have been growing, and generates new e- book lending patterns with regional characteristics. There are some impediment factors, such as e-book vendor＇s pressure, the weak reading awareness of readers and technology disorders, and so on. Faced with the obstacles, the relevant stakeholder parties, such as government, libraries, ebook suppliers, authors and readers have responded positively to jointly promote the development of e-lending of libraries. The explorations and experiences of e-lending of Taiwan＇s libraries, are worthy of reference for our Mainland＇s libraries.
