无痛人工流产对避孕观念与行为的影响

The influence of painless induced abortion on contraceptive concept and behavior

目的探讨无痛人工流产(简称人流)对避孕观念与行为的影响,为促进流产后避孕提出建议。方法抽取2011年12月至2012年8月在上海10家医院做无痛人流和常规人流对象各1 000例,分别对其采用问卷进行调查,内容包括一般人口学特征,避孕方法的知晓与获得,避孕方法的选择与使用,影响高效避孕方法使用的原因等。结果共完成有效调查问卷1 787份,其中无痛人流组949份,常规人流组838份。人群对避孕方法知晓度由高到低排序,无痛人流组为避孕套、口服避孕药、安全期、体外排精、宫内节育器、杀精剂;常规人流组为避孕套、口服避孕药、宫内节育器、安全期、体外排精、杀精剂。影响高效避孕方法使用的原因主要是担心不良反应。本次意外妊娠避孕失败的前3位原因是避孕套、安全期、体外排精。而未避孕对象的主要因素是怀有侥幸心理。接受流产后避孕咨询指导后,两组使用避孕方法的对象均比术前增加。结论无痛人流对象的避孕观念及避孕行为与常规人流对象相似,流产后避孕咨询服务很重要,重点是倡导坚持和正确使用避孕方法。

Objective To explore the influence of painless induced abortion on contraceptive concept and behavior, to promote high - efficiency contraception after abortion. Methods A total of 1 000 eases accepted induced abortion in 10 hospitals in Shanghai from Dec 2011 to Jul 2012 were enrolled, who were surveyed with questionnaire including general demographic characteristics, knowledge of contraceptive methods and obtained, selection and use of contraceptive methods, influence factors of high - efficiencycontraception, et al. Results 1 787 copies of questionnaire were completed, 949 copies were painless induced abortion group, 838 copies were normal induced abortion group. The degree of knowledge of contraceptive methods ranked as follows： painless induced abortion group ： condoms, contraceptive pills, safety period, coitus interruptus, intrauterine device, spermicide, the normal induced abortion group, condoms, contraceptive pills, intrauterine device, safety period, coitus interruptus, spermicide. The main influence factor of high - efficiency contraception is worry about side effects. The top 3 reasons of contraceptive failure in unexpected pregnancy were condoms, safety period, coitus interruptus. The main factor without using contraceptive objects was fluky psychology. The number of objects using contraceptive methods after receiving contraceptive counseling increased in both groups . Conclusion The concept of contraception and contraceptive behavior are similar in the two groups. Contraceptive consulting service is very important after abortion, especially advocating persistence and correctly use methods.
