From 2011 to 2014,China's economic growth rate was down regulated from 9.5% to 7.4% in succession;in the first half of this year,the growth rate was further down to 7%.With such changes,is the Chinese economy still 'steady' ? Along with the publication of national semi-annual economic data,31 Provinces,semiannual economic reports are also released one after the other.For the first half year,economic growth in 23 Provinces outperformed the national level;in 28 Provinces,economic growth is faster in the second quarter than in the first quarter.
