胶质风筒压入式通风方案在普朗铜矿中的应用

摘要 为改善普朗铜矿正在掘进长距离独头巷道的通风条件,对3 720m、3 736m水平分别使用高/中风压隧道式风机进行压入式通风,其他几条主要线路,由于独头巷道距离不大,采用低风压压入式通风方案。根据巷道尺寸,详细计算3 720 m水平工作面需风量、风筒总风阻、工作风量、局部风压等参数,选取正确的风机类型。 In order to improve the ventilation conditions of tong--distance single head roadway that is under tunneling of Pulang Copper Deposit, press--in ventilation is adopted by tunnel type fans with high and medium wind pressure for elevation of 3720m and 3736m. For the other main roadways, as the distance of single head roadway is not far, press-- in ventilation option with low wind pressure is adopted. According to the dimension of roadways, required airflow, total wind drag, working wind volume, tocal wind pressure, and other parameters are calculated in detail to select the correct types of fans.
