摘要
对钛磁铁矿粉料进行造球、干燥、预热,用还原性气体(H2、CO、N2、CO2、CH4混合物)对预热球进行直接还原,对还原过程的动力学进行了研究。结果表明:当温度在900℃~1 100℃间时,球团的还原反应倾向于界面化学反应控制,而当温度处于1 100℃~1 200℃间时,球团的还原反应比较接近于产物层内扩散控制。
Kinetics involved in the process of titanomagnetite fines bailing, drying, preheating and direct reduction with reducing gases (mixture of H2 , CO, N2 , CO2 and CH4 ) are studied. The results show that at temperature between 900℃ to 1 100℃, direct reduction of pellets are inclined to be controlled by interface chemical reaction, while at temperature between 1 100℃ to 1 200℃, direct reduction of pellets are inclined to be diffusion controlled at product layer.
