摘要
基于生产实践,并结合理论分析,分析峨口铁矿MQY5030×6400球磨机与MQY3600×4500溢流型球磨机比,磨矿效率相对低下的基本原因,证实球磨机越大效率越高能耗越低传统认识的相对性,为业内选矿厂生产建设提供借鉴。
based on the production practice and the combination of theoretical analysis, the paper analyzes the comparison between MQY5030 × 6400 ball mill and MQY3600 × 4500 overflow ball mill used in Ekou Iron Ore to find the basic reasons why the grinding efficiency is relatively low. It proves the relativity of traditional thoughts that the larger ball mill is, the higher the efficiency is, and the lower the consumption is. It provides references for concentration plants construction and production.
