摘要
针对传统振镜控制系统采用放大器实现电流—速度—位置三环控制,具有电路复杂、通信效率低等缺点,给出了一种控制局域网络(CAN)多路数字化振镜控制系统的设计方案.首先基于数字化振镜原理,建立振镜电机Simulink数字模型,然后通过分析振镜控制系统,设计振镜电机的闭环控制系统,随后给出了基于CAN数据总线的通信协议及控制系统的软件流程,实现了多路数字化振镜控制系统.
T raditional galvanometer control system uses three‐loop control of current‐speed‐po‐sition ,which has the complex circuit and low communication efficiency .Thus a multi‐channel digital galvanometer control system based on CAN was proposed .Firstly ,Simulink mathemat‐ical model of position loop control system w as established ,w hich is based on the principle of digital laser galvanometric control system .By analyzing the galvanometric motor control sys‐tem ,a closed loop control system of galvanometric motor and simulation experiment were pres‐ented .Then the communication protocol based on CAN bus and solftware flow of the control system were presented to realize a multi‐channel digital galvanometric control system .
