摘要
目的:对护士工作压力源和心理健康的相关性进行调查,为改善护士心理健康水平提供依据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和护士工作压力源量表对265名护士进行问卷调查。结果:不同技术职称的护士在护理工作、管理人际和总压力上存在显著性差异(F=29.06,12.79,4.99;P<0.01);不同科室护士在护理工作、管理人际和总压力上存在显著性差异(F=2.76,3.81,2.67;P<0.05);不同技术职称的护士在躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、精神病性、其他和总症状因子上存在显著性差异(F=6.08,5.88,3.32,6.54,4.01,13.91,8.58,9.87,6.19;P<0.01);护士工作压力源和心理健康水平存在显著正相关。结论:护师和护士存在较大的工作压力;急诊科、儿科和ICU护士的工作压力要高于内科、外科和妇产科的护士;可以通过护士工作压力源水平预测其心理健康水平。
Objective:To explore the relation between job stressors and mental health in nurses,to im-prove the nurses psychological health level.Methods:The symptom self -assessment scale ( SCL-90 ) and the nurse job stressors scale were conducted on 265 nurses.Results:There were significant differences in nursing work, interpersonal management and total pressure among technical post titles ( F =29.06,12.79,4.99;P〈0.01) and departments(F=2.76,3.81,2.67;P〈0.05);there were signifi-cant differences in somatization,force,interpersonal relationship,depression,hostility,phobia,psychotic, other symptoms and the total scores of SCL-90 among technical post titles(F=6.08,5.88,6.08,5.88, 4.01,13.91,8.58,9.87,6.19;P〈0.01);the nurse job stressors and mental health level were significantly positive correlated.Conclusion:The nurse's work pressure is bigger;nurses in emergency department,pediatrics,and internal medicine have more pressures than that in surgery,gynecology and ICU department;the mental health can be predicted by the nurse work pressure.
