摘要
在分析安太堡露天矿过背斜期间电动轮卡车因运距和提升高度急剧增加而导致运输能力下降、运输成本上升的基础上,对电动轮自卸卡车架线辅助系统进行技术改造,详细阐述架线辅助系统改造的原理以及设计;分析架线辅助系统的优缺点;技术改造实现了重载上坡段以电代油,降低了燃油消耗,节约了运输成本,显著降低了年运营成本。
On the basis of analyzing the electric wheel trucks whose transportation distance and lift height increase causes transportation capacity decreased and cost increased during mining thir ough anticline in Antaibao Open-pit Mine, the author carries out technical transformation on wired auxiliary system of electric wheel dump trucks, and elaborates the principle and design of wired auxiliary system transformation, and analyzes the merit and demerit of wired auxiliary system. The technical transformation achieves the purpose of truck using electricity instead of the oil at overloading on uphill-way, which reduces fuel consumption and saves transportation cost.
