深圳坪山新区外来女工生殖道感染就医行为分析

Analysis on health seeking behavior of reproductive tract infection among migrants female in Pingshan New District,Shenzhen

目的了解深圳坪山区外来女工生殖道感染就医行为状况。方法采用整群随机抽样方法确定研究对象,使用统一问卷,调查患病和就医状况,并利用SPSS19.0软件进行数据分析。结果共调查坪山新区外来女工1480人,31.6%报告近3个月有生殖道感染症状,68.6%出现症状后去过医院就诊。就医的女工中,1周内就诊的占67.9%,97.5%的女工在正规医院或计划生育门诊就诊。不去就诊的女工中,有12.6%选择自己到药店买药吃,30.7%选择自己处理(用洗液冲洗),56.7%的女工对疾病不理会。未就诊的主要原因是"请假不方便"(56.8%)、"认为每个妇女都会有,没有关系"(25.9%)、"不好意思去看病"(23.0%)和"不知道这是病"(21.6%)。因"不好意思去看病"和"不知道这是病"而未去就诊的多为年轻(≤24岁)和/或未婚的女工,而年龄较大或已婚女工报告"认为每个妇女都会有,没有关系"这一原因的人数居多。结论应加强对外来女工尤其年龄较小或未婚女性生殖健康知识教育,提高生殖道感染者的就医意识,促进及时、正确、合理的就医行为。

Objective To understand heahh seeking behavior for reproductive tract infection （RTI） among migrants female in Pingshan New District, Shenzhen. Methods 1480 migrants female were enrolled by cluster random sampling and completed questionnaire. SPSS19.0 was performed to analyze data. Results Among the 1480 migrants female, 31.6% of them reported RTI symptoms in last three months, and 68.6% of them had ever sought health care when found the symptoms. Among those female who sought health care for RTI, 67.9% reported that they sought treatment within a week and 97.5% chose hospitals or family planning clinics. Among those female who didn＇t seek health care, 12.6% bought some medicine themselves, 30.7% rinsed with lotion and 56.7% didn＇t take any method. The main reasons of no seeking health care were ＂It＇ s inconvenient to leave＂ （56.8%）, ＂It doesn＇ t matter＂ （25.9%）, ＂Feel shy to see a doctor＂ （23.0%） and＂Do not know it is a disease＂ （21.6%）. More young （24 years old and below） or unmarried women didn＇t seek health care because of ＂Feel shy to see a doctor＂ and ＂Do not know it is a disease＂, while more older or married women reported the reason ＂It doesn＇ t matter＂. Conclusion It needs to be strengthened health education for RTI targeting migrants female, especially on the younger or unmarried females, to improve their awareness and behaviors of seeking health care for RTI.
