护理程序在子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术患者中的应用观察

Effect of nursing procedure on hysteromyoma patients with laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨护理程序在子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术患者中应用效果。方法从湖南省妇幼保健院2013年9月-2014年9月收治的行腹腔镜手术的子宫肌瘤患者中,随机选择87例进行研究,随机分为对照组(43例)和观察组(44例),分别给予常规护理和护理程序护理。观察两组的手术所用时间和术后下床活动时间、住院天数,以及并发症发生率和患者满意度、护理质量,并进行比较。结果观察组的手术相关指标及护理质量均显著优于对照组,且患者满意度和并发症发生率分别为100.0%和2.3%,均显著优于对照组的90.7%和11.6%,经比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜手术的子宫肌瘤患者实施护理程序护理,可以有效促进患者的恢复,并提高护理质量及患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing procedure on hysteromyoma patients with laparoscopic surgery. Method 87 cases of hysteromyoma patients with laparoscopie surgery in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected, and control group （43 eases） were given routine nursing care, observation group （44 eases） were given nursing procedures. The operation time and postoperative ambulation time, hospital stay, and the incidence of complications and patients＇ satisfaction, quality of care of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Operation related index and quality of care of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the observation group patients＂ satisfaction and complication rates were 100% and 2. 3% , which were significantly better than the control group（90.7% and 11.6% ）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing procedures can effectively promote the recovery of hysteromyoma patients with laparoscopic surgery and improve the quality of nursing and patients＇ satisfaction.
