浅谈我国政府采购信息公告制度的完善

On the Improvement of Chinese Government Procurement Information Disclosure System

面对政府采购信息公告制度在实践操作当中存在的乱象,在法律规范层面完善对该制度的规定,无疑有助于对现实活动的引导。文章从政府采购信息公告法律适用、公告信息内容界定、信息公告方式、信息公告中权利人的救济这四个方面,对未来我国的立法提出建议,希望能有所裨益。

Faced with the chaos in the practice of Chinese government procurement information disclosure, ef-forts should be made to improve relevant rules in the legislation, which will be beneficial to the practice. This paper aims to propose some suggestions for the legislative practice in four aspects—the legal application of Chinese gov-ernment procurement information disclosure, the content of the information to be disclosed, the ways to disclose the information and the protection of obligees in government procurement information disclosure—in the hope that they will be of some help to legislation in the future.
