摘要
高职院校是为了适应社会发展而新建起来的一种新型教育模式,由于发展时间短,经验不足,在学生管理方面还存在较多的不足之处。笔者结合多年的管理经验,提出了以生为本的管理模式,内容首先阐述了以生为本的概念,其次分析了目前高职院校学生管理存在的问题,最后提出了以生为本学生管理模式的构建,以促进学生的全面发展。
Higher vocational colleges is a new education pattern to adapt to the social development. But they have some student management deficiencies due to the short development time and inadequate experience. The author put forward the management mode combined with her management experience. It analyzes the current problems existing in the students management in higher vocational colleges, and finally put forward the construction of the student management pattern, in order to promote the all - round development of students.
