独立医学院校基于师资来源的教师分类管理研究

Research on Systematic Management of Independent Medical Colleges Based on Sources of Teachers

独立医学院校的师资构成具有一定的特殊性,即包括学院自有专任教师、校本部教师及外聘教师三部分,这种"组合式"师资格局给我院教师管理工作带来了一定的困难和挑战。本文分析了我院不同来源教师的组成现状,针对师资来源不同探讨了三部分教师管理中遇到的困难及存在的问题,并提出了具有针对性的教师分类管理对策,以期提高学院教育教学质量。

For independent medical colleges, there is a specific teacher constitution including full - time teachers of the college, teachers from the main campus and external teachers, which, as a ＂combined＂ pattern, has brought our teacher management some difficulties and challenges. This paper analyzes the current situation of teacher constitution from different sources, probes into the difficulties and existing problems in the management of teachers from the three sources, and puts forward management strategies on teacher classification, in order to improve the teaching quality of college education.
