许多中学生把考大学作为终极目标,而大学新生入学后往往存在着理想与现实的巨大落差,此时大学新生教育就突显出其重要性。良好的新生教育方式将为大学生学习、生活、成长做好铺垫。本文对大学新生的学习、思想、管理、生涯教育等方面进行了系统的论述。
To get into college is set to be an ultimate goal by many middle school students, while they often tend to find a huge gap between ideals and reality as college freshmen. As a result, college freshmen education appears to be crucial. Good freshmen education will lay a solid foundation for the study, life and growth of college students. This paper will systematically state the author~ theory on study, idea, management and career education of college freshmen.
