大学生职业生涯规划中的思想政治教育研究

高校大规模的扩招及就业制度的深化改革,使得大学生面临的就业形势变得越来越严峻。目前,虽然各高校普遍对大学生开展职业生涯规划指导,但在指导过程中忽视对大学生进行有针对性的思想政治教育。本文试以思想政治教育为切入点,通过分析大学生在职业生涯过程中的思想状况,提出在职业生涯规划中如何加强思想政治教育,加强综合素质的培养,帮助大学生树立正确择业观、就业观,提高社会适应能力,从而解决就业难的实际问题。

At present, although universities give career planning guidance to students, they ideological and political education on students in the guiding process. This arti- cle takes ideological and political education as the breakthrough point, through the analysis of college students in the process of career thought condition, puts forward how to strengthen the ideological and political education in the career planning, strength- ening the cultivation of comprehensive quality, to help students establish correct view, improve the social adaptation ability and solve practical problems of employment.
