摘要
十八大以来,整个中国的社会环境发生了变化。网络舆论、食品安全等公共危机事件时有发生。本文从政府公共关系的视角,探讨如何在危机公关中维护和塑造良好的政府形象,并提出相应的对策。
Network public opinion, food safety and other public crisis events have occurred. From the perspective of government public relations, this paper explores how to maintain and create a good image of the government in crisis public relations, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
