中国式过马路现象反映了我国社会法治状况并不乐观。尽管道路交通安全法实施多年,但有法不依、执法难严、违法难究的中国式过马路一直是个问题。中国式过马路导致群体性闯红灯过马路、普遍性翻越路障抄捷径,给道路交通安全带来不少危害。其原因是多方面的,但最根本的一点还是在于公民的安全意识与守法意识淡薄,交管部门执法也有不足之处。这一问题的解决还得从完善道路警示标志设置、强化道路安全法律法规宣传以及加强交通管理执法惩处等方面着手,最终提升国民道路通行安全意识和法律素养水平。

There is also deficiency in the law enforcement for the traffic administration. All of these need us to set the road warning signs well to strengthen road safety laws and to regulate propaganda as well as to strengthen traffic management law enforcement to be punished. It can finally enhance the national traffic safety awareness and legal literacy level.
