摘要
本文采用实证分析的方法,来研究组织承诺中的情感承诺,规范承诺和持续承诺对知识型员工留任意愿的影响。结果显示,组织承诺的三个维度对留任意愿均存在显著的影响,且情感承诺和持续承诺对留任意愿的影响作用明显大于规范承诺的作用。并就此进行深入分析,给出了相关的管理建议。
This paper adopts the method of empirical analysis, to study the organizational commitment of the emotional commitment and the influence on the knowledge employee. Results show that the three dimensions of organizational commitment to stay will have a significant impact, and emotional commitment and continuous commitment to stay will impact significantly greater than the effect of normative commitment. And in - depth analysis gives out the related management advice.
