Halo effect is an incomplete understanding and judgment to objective things, the result may be magnified the good of things, but also may be enlarged the bad of things. In fact, this psychological effect is a kind of thinking inertia. On plight and usage of halo effect in ＂ideology and ethic cultivation with legal basics＂ course＇s education that plays an important role in teach- ing effect of this course.
