应用导向技术提高大庆外围油田薄层水平井的钻遇率 被引量:5

摘要 大庆外围油田具有断裂发育、储量丰度低、直井开采产能低、经济效益差等特点,水平井升发是提高此类油田单井产能的有效手段。但受断层发育区构造复杂多变、储层薄差砂体发育不稳定等因素影响,水平井现场实施钻遇效果很难保证。以永乐油田T26-1区块水平井随钻地质导向技术应用为例,提出了大庆外围永乐油田葡萄花油层复杂断裂区薄层水平井地质设计技术路线,总结了随钻地质导向技术方法。通过利用井、震资料建立的前导地质模型和随钻过程中的现场测、录井资料对储层及构造变化随钻校准。在确保水平井以最佳角度精确中靶及最大限度地钻遇储层的同时,优化了完钻井眼轨迹,为后期水平井固井及投产开发奠定了基础。 Daqing peripheral oilfields is characterized by well-developed faults, lower reserve abundance and vertical-well productivity, poorer economic profits and so on, therefore the development of the horizontal wells is the effective method to improve the individual well's productivity. But influenced by the following factors such as the structural complexity in the well-developed fault zone, unevenness of the thin and poor reservoirs, instability of the sandbody development and so forth, it is difficult to predict the operation effects of the horizontal wells in the fields. Taking the horizontal well geosteering while drilling technique applied in Block T26-1 of Yongle Oilfield as an example, the geological designing idea is presented for the horizontal well applied in the thin layers of the complex faulted block of Putaohua reservoirs in Daqing Yongle peripheral oilfield, finally the geosteering technology and method are summarized. With the help of the well and seismic data, the leading geological model is established. The changes of the well and mud loggings' data in the course of the drilling are corrected accurately with the variations of the reservoirs and structures. The completion and drilling trajectories of the horizontal well are optimized while acquiring the target layers with the best angle and the biggest drilled rate, therefore the sound foundation is laid for the later cementation and bringing into production.
