网络环境、联合经验与网络惯例——一个交互效应模型

摘要 以西安市生物制药和电子通信行业中的典型企业为研究对象,构建创新合作行为网络,采用层次回归方法检验假设。研究结果表明:网络成员间联合经验越丰富,网络惯例越稳定;创新合作网络环境变化越多,网络惯例越容易产生变化;随着网络成员间联合经验的增加,网络环境对网络惯例变化的影响作用降低。 Based on the data collected from Xi'an biological pharmaceutical and electronic communications industry, it built innovation cooperative behavior network, used hierarchical regression to test hypotheses. The results showed that the more collaborative experiences among network members is, the more stable network routines; the more innovation cooperation net- work context change, the more network routines easy to produce changes; with the increase of collaborative experiences a- mong network members, the effect of network context on network routines changing will reduce.
