摘要
分析了印象管理对中层管理者上下级关系产生影响的作用机制。研究发现:不同印象管理策略的实施对中层管理者上下级关系具有差异化的影响;组织内部信任对中层管理者印象管理与不同层次之间的关系具有部分中介作用,而传统性、企业性质对两者关系则具有调节作用。
This paper analyzes influential mechanism of impression management on superior-subordinate relationship of mid- dle managers. The study finds that : the implementation of different impression management will produce different effects on the superior-subordinate relationship of middle-level managers; trust within the organization has a partial mediate effect be- tween impression management of middle managers and their different-level relationships; while traditionalism and the enter- prise property have an adjustment function for the relationship between them.
