肉鸡早期营养研究进展

Research Advances in Neonatal Nutrition of Broilers

在过去不到40年的时间，肉鸡的生长速度明显提高，上市日龄几乎每年减少一天。由于肉鸡出壳后最初几天的表现更能代表全期的生产性能，因此通过营养调控提高0～7日龄肉鸡的生长性能显得尤为重要。文章从胚蛋营养、早期日粮组成和开食时间三方面进行简要综述，以期为肉鸡早期营养研究提供理论参考。

In the past decade,the growth rate of chicken was obviously improved while the time reaching slaughter weight became shorter, and the performance of chicken in primary days represented growth performance of whole period. Therefore, it is very important to improve the growth performance of broilers in the first week by nutritional regulation. This article reviewed the research progress from the aspects of starter feeding time,embryonic and post-hatched nutrition in order to provide reference for neonatal nutrition research of broiler.
