秋末杨树激素含量动态变化及与气温的相关性分析

摘要 研究了秋末迎春5号杨叶片激素含量的变化,并进行了温度相关性分析,发现随着气温的下降,ZR含量、ABA含量、IAA含量以及ABA/GA比值、IAA/GA比值呈上升变化,与温度的相关系数分别为-0.667、-0.907、-0.569、-0.871和-0.938;而GA含量为下降趋势,与温度的相关系数为0.774。ABA含量和IAA/GA比值与温度达到极显著负相关,ABA/GA比值到显著负相关,GA含量到显著正相关,表明这些指标可能与杨树抵御低温密切相关。 Experiments were carried out to study the changes of hormone content of Populus בZhonglin Sanbei 1’ and the correlation with temperature .The result showed that the contents of ZR ,ABA ,IAA ,ABA/GA and IAA/GA were on the increase with the temperature declining .The correlation coefficients of various hormones and tem‐perature were -0 .667 ,-0 .907 ,-0 .569 ,-0 .871 ,-0 .938 respectively .The content of GA was declining and the e correlation coefficient was 0 .774 .The content of ABA and IAA/GA ratio reached extremely significant negative correlation with temperature .The ABA/GA ratio was significant negative correlation with temperature ,the content of GA was significant positive correlation with temperature .The data suggested that these indicators may be closely related with poplar resist low temperature .
