10份平菇种质的农艺性状分析

Agronomic Traits Analysis of 10 Oyster Mushroom Strains

以10份平菇菌株为试验材料,调查菌盖颜色、菌丝长速、发菌速度、菌盖大小、菌盖厚度、菌柄长度、菌柄直径、产量等8个农艺性状,计算出这10份材料不同性状内的变异系数,同时以农艺性状为基础,使用欧氏距离,类平均法进行聚类分析。结果表明：不同农艺性状之间存在不同程度的变异,变异系数5%~44%,在欧氏距离2.94处10份材料被分为3个类群。

10 Oyster mushroom Strains as materials .The data of 8 traits describing fruitbody color ,mycelial growth , pileus and stipe morphology ect .were recorded .Diversity analysis ,cluster analysis （CA） ,coefficient of variation （CV） were conducted on 10 strains .The results showed that ：The characters of different oyster mushroom showed different degree of diversity ,which range of 5%‐44% .10 strains were classified into 3 sections according to the clustering analysis （CA ） on the point of Euclidean distance 2 .94 .
