摘要
以10份平菇菌株为试验材料,调查菌盖颜色、菌丝长速、发菌速度、菌盖大小、菌盖厚度、菌柄长度、菌柄直径、产量等8个农艺性状,计算出这10份材料不同性状内的变异系数,同时以农艺性状为基础,使用欧氏距离,类平均法进行聚类分析。结果表明:不同农艺性状之间存在不同程度的变异,变异系数5%~44%,在欧氏距离2.94处10份材料被分为3个类群。
10 Oyster mushroom Strains as materials .The data of 8 traits describing fruitbody color ,mycelial growth , pileus and stipe morphology ect .were recorded .Diversity analysis ,cluster analysis (CA) ,coefficient of variation (CV) were conducted on 10 strains .The results showed that :The characters of different oyster mushroom showed different degree of diversity ,which range of 5%‐44% .10 strains were classified into 3 sections according to the clustering analysis (CA ) on the point of Euclidean distance 2 .94 .
