总氮、总磷总量减排可行性及对策研究——以浙江省为例 被引量:2

Study of the Feasibility and Countermeasures in Total Pollutant Load Reduction for Total Nitrogen and Total Phosphorus: The Case of Zhejiang

摘要 在我国总量控制制度不断推进的过程中,化学需氧量、氨氮排放总量得到有效控制,水环境质量中相应指标的改善也取得了明显成效。当前,总氮、总磷逐渐成为影响水环境质量改善的重要因子,对其采取针对性的总量控制措施十分必要。以浙江省为例,分析总氮、总磷当前污染排放及防治现状,判断现阶段实行总氮、总磷总量减排的可行性,并提出相关对策建议。 With the constantly advancing of total pollutant load control system in China, COD and NH3-N were controlled effectively and the corresponding indicators for water quality were obviously improved. Meanwhile, total nitrogen and total phosphorus had become the important factors which affecting water quality. Thus, the control measures of their total load in water were extremely necessary. This article has taken Zhejiang as an example, described the current situation of total nitrogen and total phosphorus pollution, analyzed the problems of total nitrogen and total phosphorus reduction, discussed the feasibility of implementingtotal load reduction for total nitrogen and total phosphorus, and proposed the countermeasures and suggestions.
