摘要
引入"经济人"概念,分析图书馆志愿者的利己动机,揭示了图书馆志愿者的"自利经济人"属性。文章从对志愿者的动机重视不够、社会认同度有待提高、忽视物质性激励、负激励方式形同虚设、志愿者角色的定位不一致等方面考察目前我国志愿者激励存在的问题,结合实际提出相应的改进策略:激励措施与志愿者动机相匹配;建立社会回报机制;推进图书馆志愿者激励的制度化;推进图书馆志愿服务激励的科学化。
The paper introduces the concept of "economic men", and reveals the "egoistic economic man" attribute of the library volunteers. From the perspective of "economic man", then it explores the problems of recent volunteers motivation in libraries from ignoring volunteer motivation, social identity needing to be improved, neglecting material incentive and negative incentive, and from the viewpoint of role localization inconsistent for volunteers. Finally, the paper puts forward the improvement strategies which include Incentive strategies matching to volunteer motivation, establishing social return mechanism, building up institutional library volunteer motivation; promoting scientifi cation of incentive mechanism.
