中国梦理论维度下维护新疆高校安全稳定的路径思考

Research on the Way to Maintain the Security and Stability of Universities in Xinjiang Based on the Theory of China Dream

当前,新疆正处于暴力恐怖活动活跃期、反分裂斗争激烈期、干预治疗"阵痛期"三期叠加的特殊时期,新疆安全稳定形势极为复杂严峻。新疆高校的安全稳定工作不仅关系到自身办学目标的实现,而且关系到新疆的稳定发展,关系到全社会的长治久安。在中国梦理论维度下,分析了新时期影响新疆高校安全稳定的国际、国内因素和高校自身因素,提出了维护新疆高校安全稳定必须加强安全教育、加强队伍建设、加强制度建设的路径思考。

At present, Xinjiang is in the ＂active＂ violent terrorist activities, the division of fierce battle period, intervention of the special period of ＂three periods of throes＂ overlay, security and stability of the situation in Xinjiang is extremely complicated and grim. The security and stability of universities in Xinjiang not only concerns the completion status of its educational goals, but also affects the stable development of Xinjiang, and the long period of stability of the whole society. On the basis of the theory of China Dream, we analyzed the factors which affects the security and stability of universities in Xinjiang, including： international factors, national factors, educational factors, and then proposed the way to maintain the security and stability of universities in Xinjiang, such as strengthening the safety education, strengthening team construction and strengthening institution construction.
