摘要
[目的]建立江西野生白花凤仙花组培快繁体系。[方法]选取江西野生白花凤仙花具有顶芽或腋芽的茎段为外植体,诱导芽体萌发,进行快繁培养。通过试验对比分别筛选出诱导芽分化和诱导生根的最佳培养基。[结果]不同激素水平对江西野生白花凤仙花组培苗的生长有显著影响。其中最适宜的诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;最适宜的生根培养基为IBA 0.6 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L;江西野生白花凤仙花组培快繁的最佳基本培养基是MS培养基。[结论]为江西野生白花凤仙花种质资源保存和优质种苗的工厂化生产提供技术参考。
[ Objective ] The aim was to establish tissue culture and rapid propagation technique of Jiangxi wild white Impatiens balsamina. [ Method] Selecting Jiangxi wild white Impatiens balsamina with crown or axillary bud stem as the expiant, rapid propagation cultivation was done. Through experiment contrast respectively, the best medium that induce bud differentitation and induce rooting were selected. [ Result ] The results showed that different hormone levels on the growth of wild white Impatiens balsamina in Jiangxi had a significant effect. One of the most appropriate induction medium was MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L; The optimum rooting medium was IBA 0.6 mg/L + NAA 1.0 mg/L ; The best medium for Jiangxi wild white Impatiens balsamina seed mieropropagation was MS. [ Conclusion ] The study provided technical reference for gcrmplasm resources preservation and good quality seedlings factory production of Jihngxi wild white Impatiens balsamina.
