摘要
[目的]研究不同育苗基质对西瓜苗期生长的影响,为西瓜工厂育苗的基质选择提供理论依据。[方法]以西瓜为试验材料,对4种不同育苗基质进行比较,对各基质的理化指标和西瓜苗期的生长、生理指标进行检测。[结果]试验表明:优佳(T3)和柴米河(T2)中,西瓜的出苗更好一些,蔬菜基质(T4)中出现出苗推迟的现象;优佳(T3)中西瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、根系活力、干(鲜)重、壮苗指数等指标均明显好于其他基质,表现出了较好的育苗效果。[结论]4种不同基质在理化指标上各有差异,但均在合理的范围之内。不同育苗基质对西瓜幼苗质量的影响较大。
[ Objective ] Effect of different seedling substrates on growth of watermelon seedlings was studied to support the industrial seedling of watermelon. [ Method] Seeds of watermelon were planted in four kinds of substrates. The physical and chemical characteristics of substrates and the growth and physiological indexes of watermelon seedlings were tested. [ Result] The results showed that the emergence rate of watermelon were better in 33 and T2. The emergence of watermelon in T4 was late. The plant height and stem diameter, root activity, fresh and dry weight, seedling strength index of watermelon seedling in T3 were obviously better than other substrates. SoT3 has the better effect on watermelon seedlings. [ Conclusion ] The physical and chemical characteristics were difference in four substrates, but which all were in reasonable range. There had great influences of different substrates on watermelon seedlings quality.
