安徽省长江流域防护林三期体系构建

The Third Phase System Construction of Anhui Province Yangtze River Shelter Forest

明确了安徽省长江流域防护林三期工程建设范围,并将长江流域防护林三期体系划分为4个综合治理区。在此基础上,根据项目区水土流失、生态状况及生态防护功能的需要,在省级层面上提出了5个重点建设项目,明确了主攻方向及建设规模。

This paper aims at introducing the construction range of the third phase. Four comprehensive administration areas have been set up according to the landform, hydrology and disaster resistance of the area, social and economic development and ecological construction concerns. Five construction projects at provincial level are put forward to prevent soil erosion and meet other ecological protection needs. Meanwhile, a work priority and the projects construction range have been settled.
