摘要
[目的]研究洱源盐梅鲜果的基本物理参数及切削力学特性。[方法]以大理洱源盐梅鲜果为试材,测量了盐梅的基本物理参数,同时进行了适合雕梅生产中从梅果大径向内切削加工的力学特性试验。[结果]试验表明,盐梅球度95%左右,其三轴尺寸中,宽度最大,高度次之,厚度最小;果核高度最大,宽度次之,厚度最小;果实外形尺寸与果核尺寸呈固定的比例关系。对盐梅在切削加工时,最大切削力发生在刀具破皮时,破皮前,切削力与果肉变形量呈线性关系;破皮后急剧减小,最后变为恒定值;青梅组比成熟组切削力大,但破皮前变形量小,对果肉组织挤压较小,故青梅比成熟梅子加工性能要好。[结论]研究可为开发雕梅生产机械提供数据参考。
[ Objective] To study the basic physical features and cutting mechanical properties of Eryuan salt plum fruit. [ Method] Taking the fresh fruit of salt plum( Eryuan cv, ) as test materials, measured tile physical properties and cutting mechanics properties of salt plum. [ Result] The results show that: the sphericity of salt plum fruit is 95% , the maximum dimensions of salt plum fruit is the width, then the height, thickness the minimum; but for the stone, the height maximum, the width, then the thickness; the fixed size proportion is proved between the fruit and stone. In cutting process, the maximum force occurred when the tool broken skin, before skin broken, the cutting force and the flesh deformation changed by liner, the force was decreases intensely after broken, finally became a constant value, the force for green is bigger than the mature, but the flesh deformation of green phnn was more little, so the processing performance of green was better. [ Conclusion] To provide data for the development of the machines for the carved plum.
