县级土地整治规划编制——以黄龙县为例

Remediation Planning of County Level Land—A Case Study of Huanglong County

为促进社会经济与土地资源协调发展,合理利用土地,依据国家要求和现状将编制新一轮的土地整治规划。该研究以黄龙县为例,根据编制土地整治规划需要准备的基础数据,分析了黄龙县在农用地整治、农村建设用地整治、城镇工矿建设用地整治、土地复垦、宜耕后备土地资源开发各方面的整治潜力,并依据重点项目要求,安排整治项目,平衡投资与收益,从而完成整治规划的编制,形成最终成果。

In order to promote the coordinated development of social economy and land resources, the rational use of land, according to the national requirements and current status, we will prepare a new round of land remediation planning. With Huanglong County as an example, this paper describes the basic data required for the preparation of compilation of land remediation planning, analyzes the consolidation potential of Huanglong County in the agricultural land remediation, the rural construction land remediation, the urban and industrial land remediation, land reclamation, arable land resources development etc. and arranges the remediation projects based on the key project requirements, balances of investment and return, thus complete planning to form the final results.
