摘要
本文以人力资源和社会保障部、国家统计局等权威机构的指标为基础,构建了大学毕业生就业质量的全口径评价指标体系。对"2014年大学生就业质量调查问卷"的数据进行了量表分析和一般性问题的统计分析,得出影响大学生就业质量的重要因素依次为:对企业的满意度、对同事的满意度、发展机会和薪酬等,并非"收入和待遇中心论"。在此基础上,本文提出了建议。
This paper is mainly based on the indicators of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Bureau of Statistics and authorities, to build the quality evaluation system of college graduates . This paper uses the survey data of "2014 Graduates Employment Quality Statistics" to conduct the scale analysis and statistical analysis, obtaining the order of important factors in the employment quality of college graduates that are satisfaction of the enterprise, colleagues satisfaction, development opportunities and remuneration, rather than "the centrism of income and treatment". On this basis, suggestions are proposed in the paper
