摘要
本文以社会网络理论为基础,对部分2011年及其后初入职的大学毕业生进行问卷调查,运用普通最小二乘回归法和多元有序逻辑回归法对大学毕业生初次入职工资水平进行研究。结果表明:就业地点对毕业生的初次入职工资水平具有显著的影响;就业地点与毕业生是否动用社会网络寻职存在显著的关系;社会网络对就业地点与工资水平的关系具有部分中介作用。
Based on the social network theory, the paper collects samples in the form of a questionnaire survey on university graduates who were graduated in 2011 or later and have found the first job, and the starting salary is studied with ordinary least squares regression method and the muhiple logistic regression method. The results show that the work place has a significant impact on the fact of whether to use the social network to find job, and the work place and wage have a negative correlation relationship. Besides, social network on the relationship between the work place and wage has a partial mediation effect
