摘要
柴油机进气道对整机的性能有着关键性的影响,目前国内对螺旋进气道的设计主要采用逆向设计,正向设计使用较少。我们使用三维造型软件进行了螺旋进气道的正向设计,并利用CFD计算结果对设计进行了改进,通过气道稳态试验对设计结果进行了验证,结果显示CFD计算结果与试验结果较一致,证明该方法在工程运用中是可行的。
The parameters of intake port have the crucial influence on the performance of diesel engine. The reverse design of helical intake port is the main method in the development of diesel engines.The 3-D model was made by Solidworks.The CFD software was employed in simulating and improving the parameter of intake port. The experiment results on the bench show the CFD simulation result is precise, and this design method is feasible in engineering application.
