摘要
传统的半功率带宽法在识别曲轴阻尼时误差较大。运用内积的相关性诊断特性识别曲轴阻尼,首先运用频谱细化方法FFT-FT求出固有频率,然后用求出的固有频率构造函数,并将构造的函数与响应信号做内积运算,最后通过优化搜索求内积模的极值,得到相应的衰减系数,即求得阻尼比。将该方法用于识别曲轴阻尼的实验中,识别结果准确。
Traditional half-power bandwidth method has large error in crankshaft damping identification. A method for crankshaft damping identification based on the correlated identification property of inner product is proposed. At first, FFT+ FT ( fast Fourier transform + Fourier transform) is used to calculate natural frequency. Then a function is constructed based on the natural frequency, and the constructed function is done inner product with the response signal. Finally, the corresponding attenuation coefficient is obtained by searching the maximum value of the inner product modules, and damping ratio is identified. This method is used in the experiment of crankshaft damping identification, the result is accurate.
