彩色多普勒高频超声结合X线钼靶检查诊断乳腺癌的价值

High-frequency Color Doppler Ultrasound Combined with X-ray Mammography in the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

目的:分析联合应用彩色多普勒高频超声与X线钼靶检查诊断乳腺癌的价值。方法:回顾性分析我院曾经收治的60例乳腺癌患者经过彩色多普勒高频超声诊断以及X线钼靶检查的临床资料,观察并记录患者经过不同方法诊断的表现特征,总结分析彩色多普勒高频超声以及X线钼靶检查对于患者的检出率。结果:超声诊断准确共55例,准确率91.7%,X线钼靶检查诊断准确共51例,准确率85%,联合应用两者诊断准确率达95%。结论:联合应用彩色多普勒高频超声与X线钼靶检查能有效提高乳腺癌的检出率,值得在临床上进行推广与应用。

Objective： To explore the value of high-frequency color doppler ultrasound combined with X-ray mammography for breast cancer diagnosis. Methods： Review 60 cases of breast cancer that were treated in our hospital. All of them were diagnosed by high-frequency color doppler ultrasound and X-ray mammography. Analysis characteristics of the image and the detection rate of the two methods. Results： Ultrasound diagnosis of 55 cases, the accuracy was 91.7%, X-ray mammography diagnosis of 51 cases, the accuracy was 85%, combination of both diagnostic accuracy was 95%.Conclusion： Combined with high-frequency color doppler ultrasound and X-ray mammography can improve breast cancer detection rate.
