三维超声表面成像、仿真成像技术在诊断胎儿前腹壁缺陷的价值

摘要 目的:回顾15例胎儿前腹壁缺陷的三维声像图特点,探讨三维超声表面成像、仿真成像技术在胎儿前腹壁缺陷产前诊断中的价值。方法:先用二维超声对孕13-41周胎儿进行产科常规检查,当发现胎儿前腹壁有异常包块时应用三维超声观察。结果:产前诊断胎儿腹壁缺陷29例,其中脐膨出19例,腹裂10例,本组病例均经产后手术或引产证实。结论:二维超声联合三维超声诊断胎儿前腹壁缺陷的准确性高,可及早发现胎儿异常,为临床治疗及疗效评估提供准确的信息。 Objective: Review 15 cases of anterior abdominal wall defects in fetuses. Analyze the characteristics of ultrasound images. Evaluate the diagnostic value of surface imaging and HD live imaging mode in fetal abdominal wall defects. Methods: Two-dimensional ultrasound was used to examine fetus at 13-41 weeks of pregnancy. Three-dimensional ultrasound was used when there is abnormal mass in the anterior abdominal wall of fetus. Results: There are 29 cases of abdominal wall defects, including 19 cases of omphalocele and 10 cases of gastroschisis. All of the cases were confirmed by surgery after birth or abortion. Conclusion: Two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy of fetal abdominal wall defects.
