摘要
针对枪钻钻速对加工孔质量的影响研究较少的情况,通过试验研究探讨了枪钻钻速对加工孔出入端孔径差、喇叭口、圆度和轴线偏差的影响,并对枪钻钻速对加工孔质量的影响作了总结,对模具零件的枪钻加工工艺有一定参考价值。
In the view of the few study on the influence of gun drill processing speed on holes quality, the influence of the gun drill processing speed on the aperture difference in the access end, trumpet, circularity and axis deviation was researched by experiments. Al- so the effect of gun drill processing speed on the machining quality of the holes were summarized.
