摘要
叙述了采用激光切割工艺实现制件改制的工艺设计思路,通过激光切割与冲压工艺经济合理性的对比分析,确定了激光切割加工工艺在变型车开发中应用的可行性,并从生产工艺设计规划、激光切割定位工装的设计要点2个方面进行了详细介绍。
A process design idea that using laser cutting process to achieve parts restructur- ing was put forward. Based on the comparison and analysis of the economic rationality about laser cutting and stamping process, the feasible application of laser cutting technolo- gy in the development of variants was determined. And the production process design and planning, the design points of laser-cut positioning and tooling were elaborated.
