摘要
设计了一种应用于交流电机控制系统的Σ-ΔA/D方案。使用仿真模型研究级联积分梳状(CIC)滤波器对比传统平均值滤波器的优势,对比CIC滤波器不同阶数和抽样率对信噪比及信号延时的影响。硬件采用ADS1204实现二阶Σ-Δ调制,FPGA实现3阶CIC滤波,采集精度和响应速度完全能够满足交流电机控制系统精度及实时性要求。
Presented a Σ-ΔA / D implementation method applied in AC motor drive system. A simulation model was used to research the advantage of cascaded integrator-comb (CIC) filter over mean filter. How different orders and decimation ratio of CIC filter affect the signal to noise ratio and delay were studied. Second-order Σ-Δ modulation was implemented using ADS1204 and 3rdorder CIC filter was implemented within FPGA chip. This data acquisition method applied in AC motor drive system can fully meet the accuracy and hard real-time requirements.
