综合护理干预在小儿支气管哮喘治疗中的应用效果分析

Analysis and application of comprehensive nursing intervention effect in the treatment of bronchial asthma

目的探讨综合护理干预在小儿支气管哮喘治疗中的应用效果。方法将72例支气管哮喘住院患儿随机分为研究组(综合护理干预组)和对照组,每组各36例,对照组进行常规药物治疗和护理,研究组在此基础上进行综合护理干预,观察1年内患儿支气管哮喘发作次数、急诊次数、住院天数,并进行疗效判定。结果研究组患儿1年内支气管哮喘发作次数、急诊次数、住院天数均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组36例患儿中,仅3例无效,临床总有效率为91.67%,对照组36例患儿中11例无效,临床总有效率为69.44%,两组临床疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿支气管哮喘治疗过程中进行综合护理干预,可提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention effect in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods 72 cases of hospitalized children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into research group （comprehensive nursing intervention group） and control group, 36 cases in each group, the children in the control group were treated with conventional drug and care, the children in the research group on the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention, the times of asthmatic attack, emergency times, hospital days of the children in two groups were compared in one year, and the nursing application effects were analyzed and compared. Results The times of asthmatic attack, emergency times and hospital days of the children in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the total clinical effective rate in the research group was 91.67%, the total clinical effective ate in the control group was 69.44%, the difference of clinical curative effect of the two groups was significant, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of bronchial asthma, comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the treatment effect.
