摘要
社会认知功能是影响和预测精神分裂症功能结局的关键因素。而面孔加工及面孔表情感知是社会认知能力中的核心组成部分。本文从情绪及非情绪面孔识别两个方面对精神分裂症面孔识别的受损展开论述,并进一步探讨了精神分裂症面孔识别受损的认知神经机制及对利用眼动技术对精神分裂症面孔识别功能受损的最新研究进展进行了总结。
Social cognition is the key factor which can have an influence on and predict the functional outcome of schizophrenia.Facial processing and facial expression perception are the two core parts of the social cognitive function.In this review,we discussed facial recognition deficits of schizophrenia from both the emotional face and non-emotional face aspects.Moreover,we reviewed the underlying mechanism of facial recognition deficits in schizophrenia and summarized the latest research progress on facial recognition dysfunction in schizophrenic patients employed the eye movement technology.
