糖尿病护理小组对血糖控制效果分析

Effect analysis of diabetes nursing group on blood glucose control

目的探讨实施专业糖尿病护理小组对于糖尿病患者的护理体会。方法选取我院收治的糖尿病患者216例,随机分成护理组和对照组,其中护理组通过对护理的专业人员实施专项理论培训,建立相应的管理流程,采用人性化的护理模式进行干预;对照组采用传统护理模式进行护理干预,两组患者分别从糖尿病患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、患者满意率、护理疗效等方面进行比较。结果护理组空腹血糖、餐后血糖,患者满意度以及护理效果均与对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病患者开展专业化的护理措施,有效的降低了糖尿病患者血糖参数,提高了院内糖尿病患者降低血糖的治疗时间,具有一定的临床推广价值。

Objective To study the nursing experience of the implementation of professional diabetes nursing group on diabetic patients.Methods 216 patients with diabetes, who were received and cured in our hospital, were randomly divided into nursing group and control group. Nursing group were established with corresponding management process and were adopted with humanized nursing model to intervene, with the professional nursing staff who were implement with special theory training, while control group were adopted with conventional nursing model. To compare the fasting blood glucose, the 2-hour post meal plasma glucose, the patients’ satisfaction rate, and the nursing curative effect and so on between the two groups.Results The differences of the fasting blood glucose, the 2-hour post meal plasma glucose, the patients＇ satisfaction rate, and the nursing curative effect between the two groups were statically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The developing of professional nursing measures directed against diabetic patients could effectively reduce the glycaemic parameters of diabetic patients, has improve the treatment time of decrease blood glucose on diabetic patients in hospital, is value of clinical popularization.
