摘要
用原位聚合法制备Fe PO4/PANI,以此为前驱体采用溶胶凝胶法制备LiFePO4/C复合材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对材料的结构及表面形貌进行表征,采用充放电测试研究材料的电化学性能。结果显示样品具有较好的倍率性能和循环性能,在650℃下合成的样品具有最高放电比容量,0.2 C下放电比容量达到165.8 m Ah/g,接近理论比容量170 m Ah/g。
The LiFePO4/C composite were prepared by sol-gel method based on FePOJPANI synthesized via in situ polymerization restriction technique. The structure and morphology were characterized by XRD and SEM, and the charge/discharge test was used to study the electrochemical performance. The results show that the synthesized LiFePO4 samples exhibit good rate and cycle performance. The sample synthesized at 650 ℃ presents the highest discharge specific capacity of 165.8 mAh/g at 0.2 C, which is close to the theoretical discharge specific capacity of 170 mAh/g.
