摘要
为提高混合动力汽车(hybrid electric vehicle,HEV)起动发电一体化(integrated starter and generator,ISG)系统用电源的工作性能,提出了一种由超级电容器与蓄电池直接并联,并通过双向DC-DC功率变换器向ISG升压供电的低压复合电源方案,充分利用蓄电池比能量大和超级电容器比功率大的性能,蓄电池作为能量存储模块主要为车载低压用电设备提供电能,超级电容器作为功率缓冲单元瞬时释放功率和回馈能量,两种电源优势互补,使得ISG系统的起/停控制快、能量再生利用好、动力辅助性强等优越性能可较大程度地得以实现,并增加车载低压蓄电池的使用寿命。仿真结果验证了所提出复合电源的有效性。
In order to improve the performance of power source for integrated starter and generator (ISG) system of hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), a low voltage hybrid power source that based on ultra-capacitor (UC) and battery in parallel directly through a bi-directional DC-DC converter which implements the conversion and transfer of power was proposed. In this hybrid power source, UC mainly as a power buffer to supply power when ISG was in driving operation and absorb power in generating operation, and battery mainly provided energy to other electrical equipments of HEV. The advantages of high power density of UC and high energy density of battery were fully utilized, so the superiority such as quick start/stop control, good use of renewable energy and strong auxiliary power can be achieved to a large extent, and battery life is also increased. Simulation results justify the effectiveness of the design.
