先后应用高分子夹板及小夹板外固定治疗Coles骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察手法复位先后应用高分子夹板外固定及小夹板固定治疗Colles骨折的疗效。方法随机选择我科210例Colles骨折患者分两组治疗,对比两组的临床愈合时间、疗效与腕关节功能恢复情况。结果两组患者临床愈合时间相当;研究组疗效优良率为98.2%明显优于对照组91.0%(P〈0.05);研究组腕关节功能恢复优良率99.0%明显高于对照组92.0%(P〈0.05)。结论手法复位高分子夹板外固定腕关节3周改小夹板固定1~3周治疗Colles骨折,可早期功能锻炼,腕关节功能恢复良好。 Objective To observe the effects of successive application of external fixation via orthopedic splint and plantlet for manual reduction in the treatment of Colles fracture. Methods 210 patients with Colles fracture in our department were randomly selected and allocated to two groups. Clinical recovery time, curative effects and recovery of wrist functions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical recovery time between the two groups was the same; the excellent rate of curative effect in the research group was 98.2%, significantly higher than that of 91.0% in the control group (P 〈 0.05); the excellent rate of recovery of wrist functions in the research group was 99.0%, significantly higher than that of 92.0% in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In manual reduction, external fixation of wrist joint by orthopedic splint for 3 weeks, followed by fixation by plantlet for 1-3 weeks in the treatment of Colles fracture enables early functional exercises and ensures a favorable recovery of wrist functions.
