关于山东省医患信任状况的调查分析

从医患双方的视角出发对山东省12所医院的1080名医护人员及患者进行问卷调查,发现医患双方对医患关系、医患信任极其发展趋势的评价是具有相关性的,医患双方均注重了政府和社会的影响因素。在医患信任的构建中,医患双方均重视的是加强医务人员的医德建设、继续深化医疗体制的改革以及发挥政府的监管职能。
